We truly hope you love your Mindful Mat, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out—and that’s okay! We're a small, independent business that cares deeply about your experience, so if you need to return something, we’ll make the process as smooth as possible.
How Long Do I Have to Return?
You have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know if you’d like to return it. After that, you’ll have another 14 days to send it back.
What Can Be Returned?
✔ Your mat or product must be unused.
✔ If your item arrived damaged or faulty, please let us know right away so we can make it right!
Who Covers Return Postage?
We kindly ask that customers cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty. This helps us continue providing high-quality, mindful products as a small business.
How to Request a Return
1. Send an email to contactus@mindfulmats.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.
3. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
